Red Wok in Muskegon

I came here for lunch today and was very disappointed in the atmosphere. There was a man yelling at his child loudly. And then i witnessed that he and his child were able to serve themselves but nobody else allowed in the restraunt was able to. They had to be served by a employee. Thats completely disrespectful and unfair. Will go to asian buffet next time.

Hands down the best buffet we've been to. Best Chinese restaurant and so reasonably priced!!!

It was ok. Close to shopping center. Food was about the same as any other Chinese restaurant. Floor staff vary nice. Clean tables. Welcoming atmosphere. Check out clerk was not having a good day. Leave your problem out side the door when your at work. Pick them up when you leave. Customer service is number one where ever you work !

That was so good! The food was fantastic! The server was very nice. Some of the decor was showing its age and could probably use an update. Overall good!

The food is very good and the staff is helpful. I have a food allergy and they were good about answering questions, but make sure you go right to a manager about those questions. I asked my waitress about nuts in one thing and she guaranteed that there wasn't and then went and asked and found out there was; luckily before I started eating. Other than that it was really good food, just not very good communication for a life or death scenario.

I love the sushi lady here. Works hard and is always suggesting what ones she likes best. Buffet is a good one when it's fresh

Came in during quarentine (6/24). The buffet was closed due to the virus, but the food was made fresh and tasted great. Although most of the lights were off, it was nice to have the natural light instead of artificial. Prices were a little higher because they didn't have the buffet, but the food was good enough to make ip for it.

I love China buffets. Scratch that my favorite food is Chinese. I definitely recommend this place. Has a lot to chose from and they serve sushi for all you sushi lovers.

I am the last guy on earth 🌎 to give any business a lackluster review. If I ever say anything below average...or needs improvement,..it only ment to inspire the owner to review their products and offerings and ask themselves..."what do I need to do to get better?" ..."what do we need to change to step things up?"...I would suggest throwing out the stale fortune cookies and taking a close look at your fried rice recipes or supplier....how long has it been since you eat any of your own fried rice?....I'm sure if you did you would change rice vendors...here is my version of a fortune cookie for you..."there is no future in old fortune cookies"

Good food and many different food item to choose from. You can being the kid's because there's sure to be a lot of food the kid's will enjoy as well as the adults.

I like going out to eat here. However, I feel like I'm getting desensitized to their food because I go here often. The crab ragoons are the best!

I usually go to Asian buffet but with everything going on they’re not open. I ordered sweet and sour chicken and received my food with no sauce , the rice was hard . I called back and all they offered me was extra sauce .

Normally go to the asian buffet, but wanted to try this place today. Seems like it could be taken care of a bit more on the outside, heck even the inside but the food was fresh and hot. Tasted good. Prices were pretty reasonable. And staff is very attentive. Just unimpressed by the appearance. But the food was good and so was staff.

Quite,calm, kind atmosphere and THE ABSOLUTE BEST SUSHI in town. The have a private sushi chef who is not only artful in her work. The flavor s delicious as well. The sushi is always! soft and fresh. Her choices of fish are exotic and varied. I feel like I'm getting something for nothing. Sushi like this would cost , no kidding 100.00 dollars in a large city, especially as much as I eat. I go for the sushi but the entire buffet is delicious.

Food was bland old and was stale. The seafood/ sushi tasted freezer burnt and past it's due date. The rest of the food tasted as if it stayed there on a warmer for several days. And on top of that the fruit was mush and was nasty. The only positive thing was the service and their desperate attempt to be good hosts. Only good food I would recommend is the fortune cookies.

Dining room is open, with buffet. Gloves and masks encouraged when filling your plates.

This place is amazing! The hot and sour soup and lo mein is the best I've ever had! And the prices are so affordable! If all that weren't enough to make you try The Red Wok, the service is exceptional... If I could, I'd give this establishment more than just five stars!

Favorite buffet. Good tasting food. Fresh sushi. Fast and nice service. Great variety of foods. The atmosphere and music is always happy too.

Very expansive food selection, everything was fresh and well stocked. Seating is good enough distance from other tables. Offers both tables and booths. Minimal wait time to be seated at time I attended. Highly recommend for a decently priced buffet with large selection.

Yummy good food. Lunch time is always the best. Fresh hot food. Love it.

Love the aquarium fountain as you walk in. The bathrooms could use a major makeover. The outdoor sign needs a makeover, too. We almost missed it, as it's extremely faded. (See photo) It's Right next to US31.Wide variety of good food. Reasonably priced. Service was good. Plates were cleared quickly. Lots of Smiles.
